Exchange, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Exchange

We have always given priority to the utmost Customer Delight & Satisfaction and will always remain our foremost motto. While working towards it, we personally ensure the Quality product gets delivered to your place in proper packing. However, during transit –

• If the received product was in damaged condition, it must be informed to us within 2 days from the date of receipt of your product along with the product photograph.
• Kindly email us at info@shikarathekashmirspride.com only from your registered email id mentioning in the subject line as “ Exchange Request” and order details.
• For both Domestic and International orders, the Customer will have to arrange the return of the product at our registered address and ensuring it returned in the same condition itself by packing in a proper box, without further damaging the product.
• We must receive this product within 14 days from your receipt date. Post that only we will be able to ship the new product.

Refund and Cancellation

We generally process the shipment within 24- 48 hrs from our confirmation email based on your selected cart items.

• So any cancellation request with valid reason can only be accepted if the product is yet to be shipped from our dispatch unit.
• Kindly email us the same on info@shikarathekashmirspride.com only from your registered email id with Subject Line as “Cancellation Request”. Accordingly, Refund against your order will be posted in your account within 48-72 hrs post our acceptance. It will be credited to your bank account through Internet Banking.
• We reserve the right to cancel the shipment of any product if it was mentioned incorrectly during billing and the Refund shall be credited to your account.
• All the products are natural and have got their own taste. So, we will not be able to accept any Refund/ Cancellation/Exchange request if any product didn’t meet your Taste Buds.
