There are various varieties of Dates in terms of their Colour, Shapes and Sizes. These are mainly consumed in Gulf countries and exported to the rest of the world. One such variety is Black and Tender Dates. These are Highly Soft and have Ccaramel Texture with a Very Sweet Flavour. Another variety is Extra Long Black dates. These dates are highly consumed during the Ramadan festival. Even their price touches the sky during the Holy month.

We tried both soft and large dates. Soft dates were indeed too soft. It just melted away. Large ones were quite big in size and tasted sweet.
