Ladakhi apricots are Golden-Orange fruits with velvety skin. Its flesh is not too juicy but definitely smooth and sweet. The hard ones just need to be soaked in warm water for 10-15 minutes and then best to consume.

Just to try, we had ordered both qualities of apricot..one was quite soft and other was ..dark pinkish was big and when dipped in warm water..it was just yummy.!!
